This study is taking place during the transition period in order to address some major problems the Tunisian society must face today. First of all the social issues, the high unemployment rate of young graduated. Secondly, the high inequalities between the development of the different regions. Tourism and export industries are quite present along the eastern cost while the center of the country has been quite abandoned and the expenses by inhabitant are quite low.
