Expert 2 - Digitalisation Expert - Cat II

Qualifications  and  skills  required

• At least Master's degree in the area of ICT, engineering, mathematics, physics, economics or other relevant field or in its absence, professional experience in digitalisation/engineering of a minimum of 7 years.

General professional experience

• At least 6 years' experience in the sector(s) related to the assignment.

Specific  professional  experience

• At  least  4  years  of  cumulative  experience  in digitalisation area, preferably in Kyrgyzstan;
• At least 2 years of cumulative working experience dealing with digitalisation issues in state/public organisation(s);
• At least 1 year of cumulative experience working with international organisation(s) in digitalisation area;
• At  least  2  years  of  cumulative  working  experience  dealing  with  digitalisation issues in non-government organisation(s);
• Previous work experience in the EU-funded programme, incl. budget support, would be a strong asset.

Language skills

• Good English, Russian and Kyrgyz languages proficiency.
